Cancer and disordered eating.

After being diagnosed with Anorexia at 19 and spending 12 months in treatment at The Priory, I have spent the last 7 years getting to a good place in my recovery. After getting diagnosed with cancer I relapsed quite considerably with my eating disorder and it was something I really struggled to handle. It was helped by the number of opinions you receive on all the things you should and shouldn’t eat when living with cancer which I previously debunked in my post https://www.backsbrainsandboobs.com/blog/myth-1-i-will-need-to-be-a-vegan-keto-alkaline-vitamin-sniffing-dieter.

After going public and speaking out about this topic, I received a tonne of messages from people saying they were going through the same thing but felt they were alone. You are not. Please take the time to watch the video below, its a message everyone should hear; not just those with cancer.
